Collaborative learning activity using online surveys and social networks

A group of Lecturers from different countries are interested in planning a collaborative social learning activity for engaging their students to investigate together about social media to opening up possibilities for companies to foster interaction around their products and services.

To understand the way these tools work, which are gaining force, one of the learning objectives is to be able to plan a detailed survey in order to understand the new forms of interaction between companies and their audiences work across the world.

They are therefore interested in finding best tools for online surveys and social networks for running this collaborative learning activity.
